Monster Energy AMA Supercross 2024 Live Round 8 DAYTONA
 

The most renowned tournament of off-road motorcycle races, the AMA Supercross 2024, is here, and it's time for its toughest and most demanding round, the Daytona Round 08.

The Supercross Round 8 is scheduled to kick off on Saturday, 3rd March 2024, at Daytona International Speedway, in Daytona Beach, Florida.

 

About the venue

The Daytona Speedway is a very famous racing circuit in the country, home to many automotive racing events like NASCAR, ARCA, Motocross, and Supercross.

Inaugurated in 1959, built at a cost of $3,000,000, the circuit can accommodate more than 1,00,000 spectators.

The supercross championship comprises a total of 17 rounds held in different cities and venues across the country. Daytona round 8 is considered the most demanding and toughest, among all others, which makes it more exciting to watch.

Riders compete for titles in two categories: 250sx and 450sx.

The previous Daytona Round 8 took place in 2022, in which Eli Tomac (450cc class) and Jett Lawrence (250cc class) were crowned champions in their respective classes.
